January 6th, 2014 · Leave a Comment

The award-winning community of Old San Jose on the River has opened a new designer-decorated condominium model home showcasing the Novella design, a first-floor residence with an expansive lanai.

“Many buyers want the size, comfort and features of a single-family home but desire the low maintenance lifestyle of a condominium,” said Victoria “Vikki” Robbins of Victoria Robbins Realty, Inc., the real estate company responsible for sales at Old San Jose. “As our new model demonstrates, our condominium homes are innovatively designed with individual entrances, attached two-car garages, generous storage and abundant natural light so they feel like a single-family home.”

Designed by BSB Design – Jacksonville, the single-level condominium homes at Old San Jose on the River are housed in low-rise buildings holding three units, one lower-level and two upper-level residences, ranging in size from 1,967 square feet to 2,075 square feet and ranging in price from $380,000 to $495,000.

The condominium residences at Old San Jose on the River are designed so that interior spaces are filled with natural light and connect the kitchen, living and dining spaces together for family living and entertaining. Each residence has a private entry and offers direct access to an attached two-car garage. The master suites feature luxurious bathrooms with dual vanities, separate tub and walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The secondary bedrooms, which are designed away from the master, also include walk-in closets.

Old San Jose on the River also has another designer-decorated model for visitors to tour. The second-story Halstead design includes a large balcony and a private elevator as standards.

Residents of the riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco neighborhood enjoy the ultimate in understated luxury amenities including private, convenient access to the St. Johns River and a boating day dock exclusively for the community’s use.
