Congratulations to the team at Old San Jose on the River! The riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco neighborhood was honored with six Laurel Awards for marketing excellence from the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and its Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). The honors include:

• Best Architectural Design for The Avondale model
• Best Radio Commercial for Developer/Community
• Best Brochure for a Builder/Community
• Best Print Ad – Color, ½ page or more
• Best Website for a Developer/Community (www.oldsanjose.com)

In addition, Barbara Ondo Designs was recognized with a Laurel Award for the interior design of The Avondale model at Old San Jose on the River. Victoria Robbins Realty, the real estate company responsible for sales at Old San Jose on the River, was acknowledged with five awards for sales excellence.

Brenda Harris, Vikki Robbins & Lynette Dinneen

Old San Jose on site agents, Lynette Dinneen and Brenda Harris were honored for their partnership as Top Producers for a Broker (Attached Homes). Dinneen and Harris also received $5-10 Million Dollar Circle Awards.
