The annual Realtor Builder Tradeshow will be held on Friday, Oct. 18, at the University of North Florida (UNF) University Center. The trade show will be open from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) are presenting this year’s “Ride the Wave” tradeshow.

The event will feature more than 60 exhibit booths, educational programs and networking opportunities. Tickets to the tradeshow are $10 in advance and $20 at the door. Exhibit booth space is sold out. For tickets, contact Corey Hacker at [email protected].

The tradeshow will be held immediately following the monthly Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) breakfast program at the UNF University Center. The SMC Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 9 a.m. The October program will feature a market update from Anthony Crocco, regional director of Metrostudy. The cost to attend is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers.

Realtor Builder tradeshow tickets will be on sale before and after the breakfast. This will be your last chance to buy tickets at half price ($10). Tickets purchased at the door of the tradeshow will be $20. RSVP to Corey Hacker at [email protected].
