Three master-planned communities in Northeast Florida are included on a national list of 2025’s best-selling master-planned developments.

According to John Burns Research & Consulting, which released its annual rankings earlier this month, the three Northeast Florida master-planned communities are in St. Johns County: SilverLeaf by The Hutson Companies, RiverTown by Mattamy Homes and Nocatee by the PARC Group.

SilverLeaf was ranked No. 7 with about 100 more homes sold in 2025 (1,002) than in 2024.

At No. 22, RiverTown increased its year-over-year sales by 57% from 320 net sales in 2024 to 502 in 2025.

Nocatee came in at 37th on the list. The community had an 11% decrease in net sales from 470 in 2024 to 417 in 2025 as residential home sales are at near build-out.

The three Northeast Florida communities were among 15 master-planned communities in Florida that made the list, including The Villages, which ranked as the top community with 3,611 net sales in 2025.
