Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida and NAIOP of Northeast Florida (NAIOP) will host a joint luncheon event on Thursday, Sept. 12 featuring guest speakers Michael Iannella, chief operations officer for Deutsche Bank for Central Florida; Ricky Caplin, CEO of The HCI Group; and Thomas Alcide, president of Saft America. The panel discussion, which will be moderated by Ted Carter, City of Jacksonville economic development executive director, will focus on how the City of Jacksonville will continue to attract major firms to the area and make the “First Coast the First Choice.”

“Everyone on the First Coast is positively affected by our mission to attract more businesses to Northeast Florida,” said Traci Jenks, 2013 president of NAIOP of Northeast Florida.” We anticipate many members of Jacksonville’s business community will be interested in hearing what the panel has to say and we look forward to welcoming members and non-members alike to this joint event.”

Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Omni Hotel in downtown Jacksonville, followed by lunch at noon. The cost to attend is $35 for ULI and NAIOP members and $50 for non-members before Sept. 9. After Sept. 9, the cost for member and non-members to attend increase to $40 and $55, respectively.
