Jeffrey Chefan of Manormor Sotheby’s International Realty discusses the features of Aphora at Marina San Pablo

It was a packed house for the 2015 Home Buyers Expo at the UNF University Center. Around 400 Northeast Florida residents came to get a crash course in home buying and selling, a sure sign the market is healthy.

The event, produced by the Florida Times-Union and the Northeast Florida Builders Association, served as a resource for home buyers and sellers looking for information about the real estate industry and home-buying process.

With the success of the event, plans are already in the works for a bigger and better Home Buyers Expo in 2016.
