The 4,170-acre, master-planned community of RiverTown  has 76 new homesites ready for new home construction. The majority of the sites feature lakefront or nature preserve views, and they will be located with convenient access to the neighborhood’s amenity center.

The homesites have already been put under contract by builders Dennis Homes, David Weekly Homes and Mattamy Homes. Each builder is offering multiple elevation and floor plan choices that complement the new sites and the surrounding community of RiverTown. Homeowners can choose from 50-, 60- or 70- foot wide sites, and home packages will be priced from the high- $100,000s.
