Scott Rogers, SIOR, CCIM, Vice President of Investment Sales for Colliers International Northeast Florida, represented the buyer in the $12.7 million purchase of San Jose Plaza, a shopping center located at 10950 San Jose Blvd. in Jacksonville’s Mandarin submarket.
SJP Jax, LLC purchased the 95,433-square-foot center from Shanri Holdings Corp. The transaction closed in March 2018.
“San Jose Plaza has great untapped potential in an outstanding location in arguably one of the best submarkets in Jacksonville,” said Rogers, who exclusively sells investment properties.
The 30-tenant center, which is currently anchored by Bonefish Grill, is approximately 75 percent occupied. A second anchor tenant, Aldi, will open this summer.
