Colliers International Northeast Florida has secured two new tenants for Innovation Park, a Class A office complex that comprises the buildings at 6735 and 6737 Southpoint Drive South.
Both leases are located in the building at 6735 Southpoint Drive South. Paycor has leased 33,696 square feet; the Army Corps of Engineers has leased 5,659 square feet.
Chuck Diebel, Matt Entriken, Wade Powers and Bob Selton of Colliers International Northeast Florida represented the landlord, SUS Holdings, LLC, in the transactions. Together, these leases bring the office park to 85 percent occupancy since the property was vacated by its previous tenant in March 2018.
SUS Holdings, LLC, the owner of Innovation Park, purchased the two buildings totaling 275,229 square feet in 2010 and invested more than $2.5 million into exterior and interior upgrades since March 2018. Updates included the redevelopment of the plaza area, between the two buildings and site parking; lobbies, corridor and atrium renovations; installation of exterior lounge seating and food truck court power hook-ups; and new roofs. The property provides 100 percent back-up power for both buildings and redundant power feeds.
Colliers International Northeast Florida is the exclusive leasing brokerage for the office park. Innovation Park’s current tenants include Verizon, Genpact, Intuition, LLC and TMC Transportation. The complex currently has 28,592 square feet remaining for lease on two floors in 6735 Southpoint Drive South, and 13,698 square feet remaining for lease on the first floor of 6737 Southpoint Drive South,
