Flagler Announces New Roles for Executive Team

May 31st, 2011 · Leave a Comment

Flagler recently announced new executive roles within the company. Karl Hanson, who has been with the company for more than a decade, has been named Vice President of Asset Management Services. Further, John Guitar, currently the Vice President and Central Florida Market Officer, will assume additional responsibilities as the company’s North Florida Market Officer.

Hanson will be responsible for managing Flagler’s expanding suite of asset management services that it provides to financial institutions and other organizations handling increasing amounts of commercial real estate. He will continue to be based out of Flagler’s Jacksonville office, but will spend more time at the company’s Coral Gables headquarters and report directly to Flagler’s Chief Operating Officer, Vincent Signorello. Hanson previously served as North Florida Market Officer, a role that Guitar will now assume.

Guitar, a nearly 10-year Flagler veteran, will be responsible for Flagler’s North Florida assets, including the leasing of the company’s 4.2 million square feet of Class-A office and industrial space in Jacksonville. Guitar will work with the current leasing team of Ross Carrier and Gary Cox in this new capacity and will continue to report to Executive Vice President Keith Tickell. Flagler’s Central Florida assets will remain under his responsibilities.
