Foresight Appoints Terry Stuebben to lead Northeast Florida Market

Foresight, a diversified construction management firm, has named Teresa “Terry” Durand Stuebben vice president of the Northeast Florida market. She will be based in Foresight’s Jacksonville office.

For the past 20 years, Stuebben’s focus has been the architectural and building industry throughout the southeast. Prior to joining Foresight, she was appointed the first female principal at a prominent local firm, becoming the only executive woman leader among the top 10 commercial construction companies in Jacksonville elevated to vice president and appointed to the executive team.

Stuebben is active in the Jacksonville business community, currently serving as the chair of Downtown Vision Inc. (DVI) and a Jax Chamber Trustee. She is on the board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving as president in 2017. Stuebben is a mayoral appointed commissioner to the Jacksonville Housing and Community Development Commission (JHCDC). In 2015, she was recognized as a Jacksonville Business Journal Woman of Influence.

Foresight provides construction services to government, education, healthcare, institutional and commercial clients throughout the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean. Foresight is headquartered in Gainesville, Fla., with additional offices in Jacksonville and Tampa.
