DETAILS:  Girl Scouts of Gateway Council announces the Family Tailgate and Cookie Kickoff at Metropolitan Park in downtown Jacksonville open to Jacksonville Jaguars fans and families.

Girl Scouts invites Jaguars fans to the Cookie Kickoff Tailgate event on Sunday, Dec. 16, beginning at 10 a.m., for family fun, entertainment, food trucks, games, Girl Scout cookies and more.

The all-new event is sure to be a hit with the entire family. Visit the Cookie Zone to vote on Girl Scout favorites and register for the upcoming Thin Mint Sprint 5K and Fun Run. Guests are welcome to share their Girl Scout pride before heading over to TIAA Bank Field to watch the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Washington Redskins.

Ticket purchases must be made before Dec. 13 and include your ticket to the Jaguars game afterward. Tickets are $35/each and sold online at the Girl Scouts Gateway Council website. Jaguar’s season ticket holders must purchase a ticket for entry to Cookie Kickoff.
