OnPlace’s approach is to create community. OnPlace President and CEO Monaca Onstad is a nationally recognized lifestyle executive who launched the company in 2022 after serving as Community Relations Director for Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, the parent company of Lakewood Ranch in Southwest Florida. Onstad has more than 20 years of sales and operations experience and focuses on enhancing efforts through placemaking and lifestyle programming. She was recognized as the best lifestyle director in the U.S. in 2018 by the National Association of Home Builders and ranked among the top four lifestyle directors in the country in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

OnPlace kicked off the summer season with a big Fourth of July bash at Tributary. The festivities included the Band Be Easy, beverages from Amelia Island Brewing Co., Sal’s Cucina and Kona Ice food trucks, games and prizes. OnPlace’s team ensures Tributary’s community calendar is full of social events, parties, club meetings and community gatherings.

Tributary residents enjoy a naturally inspired lifestyle designed to make every day a new adventure. The Lookout Amenity Center is the stylish social hub, offering a welcoming setting where residents can relax and enjoy conversations or social events with neighbors and friends. The 5,400-square-foot resort-style pool and sundeck ensures that every day feels like a tropical vacation with plenty of seating for poolside parties and family get-togethers. There’s endless hours of fun for the littles at the Adventure Zone tot-lot, while a recreational field allows older kids to play kickball, soccer and other games. Two lakeside pickleball courts provide competitors and beginners alike with plenty of paddle-whacking fun. The Pawsome Dog Park is a favorite destination for the community’s furry friends. Residents also enjoy Tributary’s 4,700-square-foot Fitness Center featuring muscle-building and cardio equipment along with exercise rooms for group fitness.

Tributary’s prime location is surrounded by glistening waterways and majestic evergreen forests, offering a setting where outdoor enjoyment takes priority. Tributary’s neighborhoods are connected by a network of scenic trails, green spaces and pocket parks. Just steps from Tributary, the new 40-acre Tributary Regional Park provides endless ways to enjoy the outdoors including baseball and multipurpose recreational fields, a children’s playground and plenty of green spaces. Plans also include a canoe and kayak launch at Boggy Creek. Tributary is within the Nassau County Public School District and zoned for A-rated schools that are among the best in Florida.

Tributary offers an impressive collection of home designs to meet the needs of every family no matter what stage of life they are enjoying, and decorated model homes by Dream Finders Homes, Lennar and Richmond American Homes. Many of the neighborhood’s home sites have preserve or lake views. Homes at Tributary are priced from the $300s.

Tributary is 1.6 miles west of Interstate 95 on State Road 200. The community’s location is two exits north of the Jacksonville International Airport and the River City Marketplace. Tributary is near the historic town of Fernandina Beach, the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island, dining, shopping, recreation, medical centers, services and more.
