GreenPointe Homes Welcomes Margaret Jennesse as President for East Florida Division

GreenPointe Homes, one of Florida’s premier home builders, welcomes Margaret Jennesse as president of the company’s East Florida Division.

“We are thrilled to add Margaret to our talented and award-winning team,” said GreenPointe Homes President Roger Postlethwaite. “Margaret is an executive with a proven history of success, and her knowledge and experience are going to be invaluable as GreenPointe Homes expands its presence on Florida’s east coast.”

In her role as division president, Jennesse will oversee the strategic positioning and community growth plan for the company’s East Florida Division. She will manage the day-to-day operations of the division, overseeing the sale and construction of homes as well as significantly growing the company’s land base in the region.

Jennesse brings more than 25 years of real estate operations and finance experience to her position at GreenPointe Homes. Her expertise includes creating and successfully managing more than 25 large-scale, master-planned communities. During her career, Jennesse has worked for a number of leading firms including Crescent Communities, LandMar Group LLC, The St. Joe Co. and Arvida.

Active in the industry and the community, Jennesse is chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida District Council and also serves on ULI’s National Community Development Council and Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is a board member of the Winston Family YMCA and a former board member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, Builders Care and the Builders Association of Wake County. Jennesse holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.

In Northeast Florida, GreenPointe Homes is building at Cedar Bay in Jacksonville and Amelia Walk in Fernandina Beach and is coming soon to St. Johns County.
