Homes by Deltona’s Barton Creek model at Isles of the World was honored with a Best Feature Award in the 2012 Parade of Homes for its stunning private courtyards. The annual event, which took place from April 14 to April 22, honors the best in new home construction in Northeast Florida.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition from the Northeast Florida Builders Association for our Barton Creek model at the townhome community of Isles of the World,” said Homes by Deltona Vice President Joanne Stoval. “Our model and all of our floor plans in this townhome community include a detached two-car garage with a guest suite above the garage and, in between the garage and the main house, a private courtyard that is large enough for a pool or a lush outdoor entertaining area perfect for outdoor living and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.”

The Barton Creek model at Isles of the World features more than 2,500 square feet of living space with five bedrooms including a first-floor master suite and three-and-one-half bathrooms. Professionally designed by Sisler Johnston Interior Design, the model highlights classic contemporary style and features a color palette of warm neutrals with vibrant accents of crimson rose, emerald green and golden tones.

Isles of the World is located in one of the nation’s finest golf communities, World Golf Village, which is home to two championship golf courses, the Slammer & Squire and the King & Bear. Residents of Isles of the World enjoy access to the King & Bear community amenities including two swimming pools, the tennis center, the health club and dining at the clubhouse.

If you missed visiting this fabulous model during the Parade of Homes, make plans to schedule a personal tour. More information is available here.
