The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) announces Kimberly Hair, planning, grants and environmental administrator for the Jacksonville aviation authority (JAA), as the special guest speaker at the next NEFBA Commercial Council meeting. The event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on August 11 at the NEFBA offices located at 103 Century 21 Drive.
