The JEDC Highlights Lessons Learned in Downtown Development

In honor of a new year, let’s take a second to look back at the lessons learned in the last three years of downtown development. The three main themes during implementation of downtown development are: the importance of street-level improvements; increasing the value proposition for private investment; and re-evaluating how to get sustainable funding for downtown development.
