In 2012, Ocean’s Edge achieved 50 condominium sales for more than $10.3 million in sales volume. Of all the condominiums sold in 2012 in the beaches market of Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach, Ocean’s Edge garnered a 57 percent market share for condominiums priced $160,000 to $275,000, according to Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Services (MLS) data.
