The Urban Land Institute North Florida is hosting an event on Tuesday, Jan. 19 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at WJCT Studios to discuss Trends in Real Estate. The Keynote speaker will be Kathleen Carey, Chief Content Officer, Urban Land Institute, Washington, DC.

Joining her will be members of a local speakers’ panel: Gary Chartrand, Acosta; Nicole Thomas, MD Anderson; Lee Nelson, University of Florida; and Kirk Wendland, City of Jacksonville.
