The Northeast Florida Builder’s Association (NEFBA) is asking for your help!
NEFBA wants you to email your council member to vote YES on Bill 2013-94.
Bill 2013-94 will waive development fees which will help generate jobs and increase ad valorem taxes, while incentivizing new growth. Last year the Jacksonville City Council unanimously passed a bill to waive the same fees for one year, which resulted in $82 million in new construction creating an additional $824,640 in general fund revenue.
The passing of this bill is important to the City of Jacksonville, creating more jobs and helping to revitalize neighborhoods.
Below are links to all city council members’ emails. Be sure the subject line on your email reads: Vote YES on 2013-94.
