September 9th, 2020 · Leave a Comment

Nocatee is the best place to live in the state of Florida, according to new rankings published in Newsweek magazine.

The list ranks the best place to live in each of the 50 states based on several factors including cost of living, educational attainment, housing and public schools.

The article highlights Nocatee’s “carefully designed neighborhoods featuring everything from parks and recreation to shopping, restaurants and more.” The coastal community’s location also puts it “at the doorstep of golf courses, beaches and the airports of Jacksonville,” reports Newsweek.

Nocatee, which repeatedly ranks as a top 10 best-selling master-planned community in the U.S., continues to grow with plans for new amenities, neighborhoods, restaurants and businesses, including First Watch Café, Greenwise Market, and a new Baptist medical center.

The Nocatee Welcome Center is open and adhering to COVID-19 safety measures per CDC guidelines.  To book a virtual tour, or plan a tour of Nocatee, visit www.nocatee.com/welcome-center.
