Nominations sought for ULI North Florida’s Awards of Excellence

Nominations are being accepted from the North Florida District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for the 2015 Awards for Excellence and are due by Aug. 31.  The district includes Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Panama City and Pensacola.

The award categories are: New Development, Government/Open Space/Non-Profit, Downtown, ReUse/RePurpose, and Interior. For eligibility requirements and submission guidelines, click here. HabiJax ULI Award
Partners from the New Town Success zone project, including leaders from HabiJax, celebrate receiving a 2014 ULI Award of Excellence.
 
Past recipients of the aware include: Visionary Leader: John Delaney, Preston Haskell and Peter Rummell; Private: CSX 550 Water Street, Black Sheep Restaurant and Mellow Mushroom; Downtown: San Marco Place, Gaines Street and New Town Success Zone; Public/Open Space: Riverside Arts Market, UNF Student Center and Cascades Park; Reuse/Repurpose: The John Gorrie a Condominium and St. Augustine Ice Plant.
Save the date for the Awards for Excellence Ceremony on Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Jessie Ball duPont Center.
