The 2012 Parade of Homes will feature the Homes by Deltona Barton Creek model at Isles of the World. The annual event, which showcases the best in newly built homes in Northeast Florida, will take place from April 14 to April 22. The Barton Creek model will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
“As one of the top homebuilders in Northeast Florida, Homes by Deltona is proud to take part in this important industry event,” said Deltona Realty Vice President/Broker Joanne Stoval. “The Parade of Homes provides the perfect opportunity to introduce the community to the quality and appeal of Homes by Deltona’s townhome community of Isles of the World.”
The Barton Creek model at Isles of the World features more than 2,500 square feet of living space with five bedrooms including a first-floor master bedroom and three-and-one-half bathrooms. There is also a paved patio overlooking the water, a private courtyard and a garden suite above the detached, two-car garage.
Professionally designed by Sisler Johnston Interior Design, the model highlights classic contemporary style and features a color palette of warm neutrals with vibrant accents of crimson rose, emerald green and golden tones. The Barton Creek design includes a spacious grand room that flows into the dining room, a gourmet kitchen, a loft space designed as a home office, a garden suite above the garage designed as a media room, and a large privacy-fenced and gated courtyard perfect for outdoor living.
