Plantation Arcadia inventory home

Buyers seeking a new home that is move-in ready should visit elacora in The Plantation in Ponte Vedra Beach where the company has four quick close homes available for purchase and expedited move-in.

“Our quick close homes provide a wonderful opportunity to those who want to purchase a new home in The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach, but do not wish to undertake building from the ground up, a process which can take up to a year,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “We are experiencing strong demand for our beautifully built new homes at The Plantation. With a low supply of homes for sale in Ponte Vedra Beach, now is the time to buy.”

An exceptionally priced quick close elacora home at The Plantation is the Arcadia, which has 2,898 square feet of living space and highlights the plan showcased in elacora’s model home. The one-story Arcadia has an open, flexible design with three bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. The heart of the home is the gourmet kitchen, which opens to the living room and features a center island and cafe, walk-in oversized pantry, and adjacent butler’s pantry and wine storage. The luxurious owner’s suite features a large walk-in closet that conveniently opens into the laundry room. An excellent value, The Arcadia by elacora at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is priced at $599,900.

Other elacora quick close homes include:

  • The Muirfied, a two-story home offering three bedrooms and 3,159 square feet of living space, priced at $657,900.
  • The Oakmont, a three-bedroom home with 3,304 square feet of living space covering two stories and includes a Florida Basement for large and convenient storage, priced at $714,390.

  • The Arcadia, a two-story home that is currently elacora’s furnished model. Professionally decorated by Barbara Ondo Design Group, the Arcadia features numerous upgrades including an extended lanai, an upstairs game room plus guest bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. The Arcadia is ready for move-in and priced at $758,500.

All of elacora’s plans at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach have been designed specifically for the community. Homes by elacora feature exceptionally high quality construction, the latest in technology and green building practices. elacora’s sensational gourmet kitchens include furniture-quality cabinetry and stainless steel Bosch appliances. Luxurious master bedrooms showcase designer bathrooms. Every home includes a three-car garage and stunning outdoor living areas, which are perfect for enjoying The Plantation’s elegant and pristinely-manicured surroundings. Landscaping and lawn care maintenance is managed by the community’s Homeowner Association as an added bonus.

With limited new home construction available in Ponte Vedra Beach, there has been immense demand for elacora’s homes in The Plantation. Since opening for sales last year, the company has sold a third of its available homes. elacora homes at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach are priced starting at $549,900.

The Plantation is the only equity membership community in Northeast Florida where a purchase automatically provides immediate membership to the community’s amenities including a private beach club, golf club, tennis club, fitness center, community park and a clubhouse with dining and social activities for all ages. The Plantation offers the added advantage of being a private residential neighborhood, and does not share its amenities with outside residents or hotel guests.

The newest addition to the amenities is the community park, Plantation Commons. Located near elacora’s homes, the park includes a full-size croquet court, playground, pavilion and open space for sports and activities. Plantation Commons is the first of three amenity improvement initiatives to be completed at The Plantation, which is currently updating its beach club and undergoing a $6 million golf course revitalization.

With so few new homes remaining, interested home buyers are encouraged to visit The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach soon. For more information, call (904) 484-9023 or visit www.elacora.com.
