The Parade of Homes is the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s (NEFBA) largest annual event and a promotional campaign for creating awareness and selling new homes on the First Coast.

This year’s event will take place from Saturday, April 16, to Sunday, April 24.

The Sales and Marketing Council’s Parade of Homes committee is responsible for working with the NEFBA Events Manager and SMC Director to coordinate and market the annual builder model home event.
