Sales Begin at Aphora at Marina San Pablo–Ultra-Luxury Lifestyle Condominiums on the Intracoastal

February 9th, 2015 · Leave a Comment

Aphora at Marina San Pablo is located near the Intracoastal Waterway and J. Turner Butler Boulevard and boasts easy access to the private marina.

Bove LLC and Remi Properties have begun sales at Aphora at Marina San Pablo, a boutique collection of 57 exceptional residences.  The planned 12-story tower is located on the Intracoastal Waterway near J. Turner Butler Boulevard.

“Aphora will offer one of the most luxurious condominium experiences available in Florida,” states Gabe Bove, president, Bove LLC. “We are building for a sophisticated clientele seeking a stunning residence, ideal location and unique amenities.”

Construction on Aphora will begin in 2015. Residences in this gated community range from $600,000 to $2 million and floor plans range in size from 2,500 square feet to 5,200 square feet.

“Pre-construction interest has been strong,” said Bove.

A Harmony of Design and Purpose

The building exterior and spacious residences have been designed with a British West Indies indoor/outdoor style by Group 4 Design led by Karie Kovacocy and Leigh Gunn.

Spacious private terraces feature glass rails and summer kitchens.

“When you live in a place that you are excited about, you feel great.  The basis of Aphora’s design was to create the home of your dreams and a lifestyle beyond anything you may have imagined,” said Bove.

Breaking the Condominium Stereotype

Aphora provides many advantages that most condominiums don’t, such as a private two-car garage for every resident and a fully-appointed guest suite.

Aphora’s new generation of open floor plans surpasses the typical design in function and style.  With hundreds of interior finish selections, every condominium is essentially a custom home created by the buyer’s choices.

The signature amenity is the lush rooftop oasis with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and Jacksonville’s skyline.  The oasis will feature landscaped gardens, a conversation pool, fireplaces and intimate spaces for gathering and entertaining.

The Rooftop Oasis features a conversation pool, intimate spaces for gathering and entertaining, fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, wine tasting room and private wine lockers, bar, landscaped gardens, and 360-degree views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and Jacksonville’s skyline.

Another signature amenity—the Hemingway Lounge—will include a well-appointed bar, billiards and poker room with an adjoining tool and woodworking shop. Other unique amenities for the Aphora homeowner will include a car detailing center, pet spa and day spa staffed by preferred local providers.

A Balance of Style and Function

Grand foyers and open living rooms featuring gallery-like wall spaces ideal for displaying artwork complement the Aphora homes.  Centerpiece-style gas fireplaces with quartz surrounds add to the home’s ambiance while modern home technology with controls for HVAC, lighting and sound complete Aphora’s goal to balance style, elegance and comfort. Each impressively-sized home will feature gourmet chef-style kitchens, designed for homeowners with high-end appliances such as Sub Zero, Wolf and Thermador, and luxurious bathrooms featuring Dura Supreme cabinetry and quartz countertops.

Master Amenities

Aphora homeowners become members of the adjacent 5,000 square feet Marina San Pablo Yacht Club with access to a state-of-the-art fitness center and large resort-style heated waterfront pool and Jacuzzi.  Boat slips are also available for purchase.  Across the Intracoastal Waterway from Aphora lies the acclaimed Marsh Landing Country Club where Aphora homeowners will gain membership and have access to its championship golf course, racquet club, premier dining, banquet facility and fitness center.

Bove has developed more than 1.3 million square feet of premier residential space throughout the state of Florida and has more than 30 years in the industry.

“Our core team has been working together for 20 years and is responsible for the construction and development of thousands of units,” said Bove.  “We are committed to the communities we create and promise to provide our clients with exceptional value and stand behind every home we build.”

This development is not the first collaboration for Bove LLC, a real estate development and design-build construction firm, and Remi Properties, a real estate management and investment company. The companies’ relationship began in 2004, building Fountain Villas in Rockledge, Florida. The relationship has remained strong through this 10-year period, and in 2013, the team completed award-winning 5 Thousand Town, a luxury apartment community at the St. Johns Town Center.
