PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading home builders, has announced plans for its newest community, Bradley Creek in Green Cove Springs. Located off of Russell Road, the community will consist of approximately 100 single-family home sites. The announcement marks the company’s first new Pulte Homes’ community in Clay County in more than 10 years.
“Based on the significant growth in Clay County, the market demand for new homes and the value Pulte offers, we expect strong home buyer interest at Bradley Creek,” said Tony Nason, President of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division. “With its exceptional quality of life including recreational opportunities, superior schools and economic vitality, Clay County is thriving and an excellent place to live and raise a family.”
Pulte closed on the property in April 2021 and will begin development of Bradley Creek in May 2021. The company will begin construction of model homes soon and will open for sales in the fall of 2021. Bradley Creek will consist of 60-foot wide home sites.
Bradley Creek will offer a variety of amenities including a playground, picnic area, trails and multi-purpose field. Bradley Creek is conveniently located near the new First Coast Expressway. Currently under construction, it will provide convenient access and easy commuting in and around Northeast Florida.
Bradley Creek is the latest of multiple new projects for Pulte in Northeast Florida. Sales are underway at Bradley Pond in North Jacksonville and at The Trails at Grand Oaks and the Villages of Valencia in St. Augustine. Sales will open soon at Timber Cove and Hidden Bluff in Duval County, and the Preserve at Bannon Lakes in St. Johns County.
