PulteGroup, one of America’s largest homebuilders, has named Justin Cook President of the company’s Northeast Florida division. With more than 17 years of experience in the industry, Cook will lead all aspects of the division’s homebuilding operations in the greater Jacksonville area.

Prior to joining PulteGroup, Cook most recently held the position of Division President at Meritage Homes in South Florida. He earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida division builds new construction homes and communities in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Middleburg, Wildlight and Green Cove Springs.
