elacora has announced Brenda Harris and Chris Arsenault as the sales team for Madeira at St. Augustine, a master-planned community within the city limits of St. Augustine.

“We are delighted that Brenda and Chris are leading the on-site sales efforts at Madeira,” said Victoria Robbins, exclusive agent for elacora Northeast Florida. “They bring extensive experience introducing new homes to discriminating homebuyers.”

Brenda Harris

Harris has more than 12 years of experience in luxury home sales in Northeast Florida, most recently as part of the award-winning community of Old San Jose on the River.  During the course of her career, she has represented home builders in the most popular master-planned communities in Clay, Duval and St. Johns counties and has earned numerous industry awards for her sales performance and professionalism.  Harris provides a wealth of knowledge and experience along with superior customer service to her Madeira customers.

 Chris Arsenault

Chris Arsenault brings a background in sales, customer relations, market research and technology to the sales team. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of North Florida and is working on a masters degree in Urban Planning.

“As the son of Northeast Florida home builder, Lee Arsenault, owner of New Leaf Construction, Chris has grown up on construction sites and has a unique understanding of the many aspects of home building,” Robbins said.

The Madeira neighborhood, conveniently located on U.S. 1 just north of St. Augustine, offers well-appointed homes priced from the mid $200s. Homes include access to the Residents’ Club, featuring a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and expansive outdoor gathering area. Two new furnished and decorated model homes, built by elacora, a recently launched home-building company, are open for tours and are move-in ready. Ten additional homes are currently under construction and will be available this year. The homes range from 1,767 to 2,484 square feet and feature three distinct elevation styles: Mediterranean, Tuscan and Spanish. The homes come complete with solar panels. Lawn maintenance and security system monitoring are provided for 12 months after closing.

Madeira is located two miles south of the Northeast Florida Regional Airport off U.S. 1/Ponce de Leon Boulevard in St. Augustine, Fla. The sales office is open daily 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. Call (904) 484-9024 or visit www.elacora.com to schedule an appointment to tour the community’s showcase homes or for additional information.
