Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville, Inc. (HabiJax) and the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) are joining forces once again to tackle the largest Home Builders Blitz in the United States by building 25 homes in just six days. It sounds impossible – 12 homes in six days – but that is exactly what HabiJax, in partnership with the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), is doing in Jacksonville this week. The two organizations, with the assistance of hundreds of volunteers, will construct and complete 12 homes by Friday in the New Town neighborhood located west of Downtown Jacksonville.
