JAX Chamber Names Vanice Serrano 2013 Overall Small Business Leader of the Year

Congratulations to Vanice Serrano, vice president and owner of ASAP Towing and Storage Co., who was named the 2013 Overall Small Business Leader of the Year by the JAX Chamber at the Chamber’s 128th Annual Meeting Thursday night. Serrano was nominated for the award by the JAX Chamber West Council.
