The honorees included three key leaders of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce – Entrepreneurial Development Division Vice President Sandy Bartow, Jacksonville Women’s Business Center (JWBC) Director Pat Blanchard and Beaches Division and Chamber Councils Director John Bryan.
