Increases in Home Sales Equal Good News for the Local Real Estate Community

Prudential Network Realty shared exciting news on the local Northeast Florida real estate market in their recent The State of the Market report. According to the report, Northeast Florida continues to see an increase in sales activity. In fact, home sales in Duval, Clay and St. Johns Counties were up more than 20% between January and May of 2010 compared to the same time period in 2009.
