The nature-first community of TrailMark in St. Johns County proudly welcomes Richmond American Homes to its family of award-winning home builders. The company is building a new decorated model home, which is planned for opening this spring.

“As our community continues to grow, our home offerings do as well,” said GreenPointe Communities North Florida Regional President Mike Taylor. “We are pleased to welcome this highly regarded home builder to TrailMark. Our premier community builder team offers a wide variety of home designs to meet the needs and lifestyles of today’s homebuyer.”

At TrailMark, Richmond American Homes is offering three to five bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 2,100 square feet to more than 2,900 square feet and priced from the upper $200s. Buyers may personalize their home with hundreds of interior options and complimentary designer assistance at Richmond American’s Home Gallery™ showroom.

“We’re excited to add our inspired floor plans at TrailMark, and I think homebuyers here will appreciate the wealth of personalization options and one-on-one design assistance we offer,” said Division President Michael Carlo.
