Urban Land Institute North Florida announces Inaugural Women’s Leadership Institute

Applications for the the inaugural class of the ULI North Florida Women’s Leadership Institute are now available and due by Jan. 9. The Institute is seeking women who want to make their mark in the real estate industry. Over the course of eight modules in five months, attendees will have the opportunity to network with colleagues from different disciplines in real estate in a collaborative learning environment while interacting with local business leaders (male and female), public officials, and national experts.

The Women’s Leadership Development Institute module topics include: Leadership, Management, Team Building, Practical Leadership & Time Management, Effective Communication, Networking & Work/Life Balance, Negotiations, Assertiveness & Conflict Resolution and Building Healthy Places in Real Estate.

For Institute criteria and guidelines, download the application here.   The sessions will be held on Thursdays in The Riverfront Conference Room located at 245 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville on: Feb. 12, March 5, March 26, April 16, May 7, May 21, June 11 and June 18.
