WG Pitts Takes Part in ULI North Florida Program on New Projects in St. Johns County

WG Pitts President Will Pitts recently participated as a panelist in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida program, “Moving Dirt! Impactful Projects Happening Now in St. Johns County.” More than 100 people attended the program, which showcased 10 new developments in St. Johns County.

Pitts presented an update on Treaty Oaks, a new single-family home community in St. Johns County. WG Pitts is providing planning and design-build construction services for the community including infrastructure and design and construction of the Treaty Oaks entrance and Amenity Center. During the presentation, Pitts announced Richmond American Homes, Landon Homes and Maronda Homes are the three builders in the community.

Encompassing 165 acres, Treaty Oaks is a 418 unit single-family home community located a mile east of Interstate 95 on County Road 207 in St. Augustine. The Treaty Oaks Amenity Center will cover 1.8 acres and include a junior Olympic-size swimming pool and a fully equipped 2,413-square-foot amenity building containing a fitness center and a community room with kitchen.
