(CPPI), a leading construction management firm in the Southeast, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Grayson Avery as Vice President and Regional Manager of the Jacksonville, Florida, office. With over 21 years of experience in managing diverse construction projects, Avery brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
Avery has an impressive track record of successfully overseeing construction projects in various sectors, including commercial, federal, industrial, K-12 education, higher education, and healthcare. His comprehensive understanding of project management encompasses the entire lifecycle, from preconstruction planning to final delivery, ensuring efficient budget management and timely execution.
As Vice President/Regional Manager, Avery will provide executive oversight to CPPI’s North Florida region while offering project operational and preconstruction support. In close collaboration with regional leadership teams, his primary objective will be to drive the execution and advancement of CPPI’s operational initiatives, ensuring the company’s exceptional services in the educational, healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors. Avery will work closely with executive leadership to ensure strategic decisions align with CPPI’s core values, maintaining an unwavering commitment to excellence and a results-oriented approach.
Avery’s portfolio boasts remarkable projects, including the Fairlife Milk production facility in Goodyear, Arizona, the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences’ new academic building, and the Bozard Ford Lincoln dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. His profound expertise and attention to detail have consistently resulted in successful outcomes for clients.
In addition to his extensive experience, Avery holds LEED AP, BD+C and OSHA 30 certifications. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
