GreenPointe Developers proudly announces two community milestones as it expands its presence in Clay County. Construction is underway on the new master-planned community of Hyland Trail and on the Meeting House Amenity Center at Granary Park. Both new home communities are located in Green Cove Springs.

“Like other GreenPointe communities, lifestyle is the focus at Hyland Trail and Granary Park,” said Gregg Kern, Vice President of Development, GreenPointe Developers. “Residents will enjoy living close to nature and also have access to state-of-the-art amenities and engaging social spaces. There will always be something to do and ways to connect.”

Jax Utilities Management is the site development construction company installing the community’s infrastructure at Hyland Trail.

“We are proud to support GreenPointe as they transform this land into a vibrant master-planned community,” said Jax Utility Management President Charles Freshwater. “Hyland Trail will provide a wonderful setting for families to live and create lasting memories, and we are happy to see it come to fruition.”

Hyland Trail is planned for 1,500 residential single-family homesites. The community’s premier builders will be Dream Finders Homes and Pulte Homes. Hyland Trail will also be home to Green Cove Springs’ first exclusive active adult neighborhood by Lennar, Edenbrooke at Hyland Trail.

Dream Finders and Pulte will soon offer a variety of one- and two-story, single-family home designs at Hyland Trail, ranging from 1,655 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. More details will be announced soon on Edenbrooke’s two unique home collections with plans ranging from 1,544 square feet to 3,100 square feet.

Hyland Trail residents will enjoy resort-style amenities, miles of winding paths and multi-purpose trails, and neighborhood parks and playgrounds including an expansive play park for the younger ones and a bark park for the furry family members. The community is located immediately adjacent to the 90-acre Ronnie Van Zant Memorial Park, which offers a disc golf course, sports fields, nature trails, a fishing pond with piers, pickleball courts, and more.

Nearby Granary Park where work is underway on the amenity center was originally the site of a dairy farm. The community’s design honors the property’s history by repurposing two original grain silos at the entrance and at the amenity center.

“These iconic silos provide a great canvas for integrating the past into the present and honoring the heritage of the land that is now Granary Park,” said Mike Taylor, President of Lifestyle Construction, GreenPointe Developers.

The Meeting House Amenity Center will include several gathering spaces, and will overlook a beach-entry pool with ample deck space for relaxing and a fire pit. Workout with top-of-the-line equipment at the exercise facility or enjoy the great outdoors on the event lawn and rec field. Young residents will enjoy endless hours of adventure on the state-of-the-art playground equipment. The Puppy Prairie dog park for the community’s four-legged residents will allow pooches of all sizes to enjoy some quality off-leash time.

Lennar offers 12 one- and two-story, single-family floor plans at Granary Park. The three- and four-bedroom floor plans range in size from 1,714 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet and priced starting from the $300s. Three decorated model homes are available to tour.

Granary Park residents also are near the Ronnie Van Zant Memorial Park. Hyland Trail and Granary Park are served by A-rated schools in the Clay County School District. Both communities are located near the new First Coast Expressway, providing quick access to shopping, recreation, employment centers, including Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay County and Baptist Clay Medical Center, and downtown Jacksonville.
