Community First Credit Union, a state-chartered credit union serving more than 105,000 members on the First Coast, announces the selection of three new members to its Community Advisory Council. Chris Cupolo, branch district manager for Paychex, Matthew Kampfe, director of development for Baptist Medical Center Beaches, and Ben Moore, energy and environment planner with Reynolds Smith & Hills, have been chosen to join the 13-member council.

The Community Advisory Council is a group of community members who provide input, advice and suggestions to the board of directors and staff of Community First Credit Union. The council is carefully chosen to represent a variety of business, industries and interest groups. Other members currently serving on the council include:

Community Advisory Council members meet quarterly to gather advice and input for board members and to learn about such issues as the credit union movement, Community First Credit Union and its corporate partnerships. They also participate in an annual strategic planning session. Council members also have the opportunity to serve on board committees dealing with financial education, scholarship, strategic planning and nominating.
