The Jacksonville delegation in London in 2015
Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry, city leaders and officials from Resource Solutions recently announced the international company’s decision to open a Global Service Center in Jacksonville. The company will create 75 jobs in Jacksonville and as it grows its market share in the U.S., so will the Jacksonville center.
This deal can be directly tied to meetings in London in October. During a meeting with Resource Solutions, the company committed to bringing its project to Jacksonville. The Jacksonville delegation was in London during the Jacksonville Jaguars’ annual football game in the United Kingdom. The delegation was focused on building long-term relationships that will translate into jobs in the community.
Resource Solutions does recruiting and staffing for major corporations and is looking to expand its reach in the U.S. market. The company chose Jacksonville for its fourth Global Resource Center – the other three are in Johannesburg, South Africa, Manchester, United Kingdom, and Hyderabad, India.
