In an effort to keep pace with the demand in the local real estate market, Homes by Deltona has a limited number of move-in ready homes at its community of San Savino, an upscale single-family home neighborhood located in the St. Augustine Shores.

There are six additional Cabana series homes under construction at San Savino that will be available for move-in within a few months. Homes by Deltona also has seven custom homes available for move-in now from its Platinum series. Priced starting at $268,300, these homes range in size from 1,982 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet and include additional upgraded features such as a side-entry three-car garage, coffered ceilings and hardwood floors. As an added incentive, Homes by Deltona is offering special pricing on select homes at San Savino.
