August 8th, 2012 · Leave a Comment

A new single-family model home is nearly complete at Old San Jose on the River, the riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco neighborhood.

The new model home will be designer-decorated by Barbara Ondo Design Group and showcase the Avondale floor plan. Featuring a French Country exterior elevation, the model will highlight several pre-construction options including a dining room, additional bedroom and bonus room. The model is anticipated for completion by mid-August.

There is also an inventory home under construction featuring the Kingston floor plan. Designed with nearly 3,500 square feet of living space, the inventory home features four bedrooms including two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Completion of the inventory home is anticipated in August. The Kingston is priced at $585,000.

Other single-family floor plans available at Old San Jose on the River include the Verona and the Alexandria. All plans have a choice of custom-designed elevation themes and each offer several pre-designed structural options and variations.  All homes include a three-car garage, tile roof, gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances, granite countertops, tank-less Ranai water heater and natural gas to highlight just a few of the included appointments and specifications.

Of the 27 single-family homes and homesites available at Old San Jose on the River, seven have already been reserved. Prior to the grand opening of the new model home, the community is offering buyer incentives on its new single-family homes along with pre-construction pricing.

Old San Jose on the River is located at 5000 San Jose Blvd. More information is available here.
