PulteGroup, one of the nation’s leading home builders, has announced plans for its newest community, Double Branch in Clay County. Located off of Kindlewood Drive, the community will consist of approximately 150 single-family home sites. With the announcement, the company now has at least two communities in every county in Northeast Florida.

“We are thrilled to introduce our latest Clay County community, Double Branch,” said Tony Nason, President of PulteGroup’s Northeast Florida Division. “With the area’s significant growth, the market demand for new homes in Clay County and the value Pulte offers, we expect strong home buyer interest at Double Branch.”

Pulte closed on the property in December 2021 and will begin development of Double Branch in February 2022. The company will begin construction of model homes later this year and will open for sales in late fall of 2022. Double Branch will consist of 50- and 60-foot wide home sites.

Located in northern Clay County, Double Branch is conveniently located less than a mile from the First Coast Expressway, near shopping and retail centers and just minutes southwest of Fernandina Beach. Double Branch is within the A-rated Clay County Public School District.

In addition to Double Branch in Clay County, PulteGroup closed on an additional 144 home sites within the Grand Oaks master-planned community in St. Johns County. Pulte closed on the property in December 2021. The new phase will be called Spring Park at Grand Oaks. Sales are underway at the Trails at Grand Oaks and will open soon at Summer Bay at Grand Oaks in St. Johns County. For more information, visit www.Pulte.com.
