Selected by a council of industry leaders, the award encourages best practices, expertise, and exceptional leadership qualities in a Florida builder.

Have you heard local real estate analyst Charlie Clark will be the special guest at the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Sales and Marketing Council’s (SMC) monthly breakfast event? The event will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, at the University of North Florida University Center. Clark will present a market forecast during the program.

Northeast Florida Builders Association Endorses Jerry Linder

The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) is endorsing Jacksonville builder and former NEFBA president Jerry Linder in his nomination to the leadership team of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). If elected, Linder would be installed as FHBA secretary for 2012-2013.
