NAIOP of Northeast Florida, the region’s commercial real estate authority and trade association, and Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Florida will host a joint luncheon event on Sept. 29 featuring guest speaker Gray Swoope, Florida’s Secretary of Commerce and president and CEO of Enterprise Florida Inc.
