A new single-family model home is nearly complete at Old San Jose on the River, the riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic San Marco neighborhood. The new model home will be designer-decorated by Barbara Ondo Design Group and showcase the Avondale floor plan. Featuring a French Country exterior elevation, the model will highlight several pre-construction options including a dining room, additional bedroom and bonus room. The model is anticipated for completion by mid-August.
