The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital proudly announces a new partnership with the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens in support of The First Coast Design Show and its signature grand finale event, the Children’s Fashion Show.
In collaboration with the Cummer Museum, the Children’s Fashion Show honors the inspiration of fashion and self-expression with the theme, “Dress to Inspire with the Cummer Museum.” The event on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m., will feature more than 30 models who are current or former Wolfson Children’s Hospital patients. Dillard’s, a longtime sponsor, will provide the clothing to light up the runway. A family reception will take place immediately following the Children’s Fashion Show. Tickets are available at FirstCoastDesignShow.com.
“The Women’s Board is so appreciative of our longtime partnership with the Cummer Museum and thrilled to see it expand to include the Children’s Fashion Show, which honors the very reason the Women’s Board exists – the children,” said Kendra McCrary, President of The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital. “Proceeds from the First Coast Design Show and the ‘Dressed to Inspire with the Cummer Museum’ Children’s Fashion Show support the Women’s Board’s mission to raise awareness and funding for Wolfson Children’s Hospital and ensure the advancement of life-saving medical care for all children.”
Along with supporting the Children’s Fashion Show, the Cummer Museum is stepping into the world of fashion with Sporting Fashion: Outdoor Girls 1800 to 1960, opening Saturday, March 2, 2024, through Sunday, May 19, 2024.

It includes 65 fully accessorized ensembles comprised of more than 480 historic objects selected from the exceptional collections of the FIDM Museum.
“The Cummer Museum is honored to partner with The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital,’ said Kim Kuta Dring, Director of Learning & Engagement, Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens. “This collaboration perfectly exemplifies the power of art, fashion, and community coming together for a noble cause.
