The community of Old San Jose on the River recently welcomed Jody Dughi as its first single-family home resident. The popular riverfront community on San Jose Boulevard near Jacksonville’s historic san Marco neighborhood is showing no signs of slowing down the impressive sales trends that ignited last year. Last month, Old San Jose on the River sold out of its luxury condominium residences and recorded more than $6.1 million in sales volume for January 2013.
